Caesars Entertainment Corp is seeking a Count Room Team Member to support the secure collection, counting, and verification of all slot and table game drops. This behind‑the‑scenes role requires accuracy, integrity, and adherence to gaming regulations, while upholding Family‑Style Service standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, secure environment, following strict procedures and policies, with shifts across Harrah’s and Tropicana properties.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence.
• Ability to work in a secure, fast paced, and structured environment.
• Must be familiar with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
• Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace them with empty boxes.
• Load dropped bill validator boxes onto carts and transport them to the count room.
• Verify cash revenue bags from non-gaming outlets and document discrepancies.
• Trace and match fills/credit slips from table game drop boxes to the Master Game Summary Report.
• Operate a G&D machine for currency processing.
• Empty table game drop boxes individually and in numerical order.
• Remove and fill cassettes from NRT (kiosk) machines.
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts.
• Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times.
