Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Count Room Support Floor Manager to supervise daily currency handling, coordinate cash box movements, and ensure compliance with casino controls. The role supports Count Room Clerks, manages shifts, and maintains security of funds throughout the count process.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a Count Room environment, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of Count Room experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervises the daily collection and transportation of all currency acceptor cash boxes to the count rooms.
Impresses and Monitors Virtual Cashier, Stand Alone ATM’s and Jackpot Kiosks.
Oversees the scanning of currency acceptors and opening of table games boxes.
Counts and records the contents of the table games drop buckets, currency acceptor cash boxes and slot drop boxes.
Enforces casino regulatory rules and casino internal and accounting controls to safeguard assets.
Assists the Count Room Clerks in collection, counting, wrapping and recording of slot drop contents.
