Lighthouse Youth Center at Paint Creek is seeking licensed mental health therapists to work with our resilient and creative young men to help reduce barriers and learn new skills for healthier lives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
• Professional licensure in State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized service programs.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth.
• Provide advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic clinical team with other professionals.

Essential Functions

• Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized service programs.

• Professional independent licensure in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
• At least one year of professional social service experience.
