The YMCA of Greater Richmond is hiring an After-School Child Care Counselor for the Tuckahoe Family YMCA. You will lead engaging activities after school, guiding youth through structured play and leadership opportunities, and serve as a positive mentor to each child.

Role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and energy, with at least 6 months experience; must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED. Weekday afternoons provide meaningful community impact and growth opportunities.

Position: After-School Child Care Counselor
Locations:Tuckahoe Family YMCA
Hours: Weekdays - 2:00pm-6:15pm
Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour
