Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is hiring an After-School Child Care Counselor for Echo Lake Elementary. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment after school and guiding youth through structured activities.

You will supervise a small group of school-age children, support their development through play and learning, and serve as a positive daily mentor from 2:30pm to 6:00pm on weekdays. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Hours: Weekdays - 2:30pm-6:00pm
Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour
