Job summary

Rula Health in the United States is expanding its network of licensed therapists. You’ll enjoy true schedule autonomy and the backing of a team dedicated to raising the standard of behavioral health.

We handle credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, so you can focus on clinical work. Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported. California-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP is required.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or LCP).
• Ability to provide telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to quality care and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or family therapy via telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Engage in case consultations and coordinate with care teams.

Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care).
