Job summary

Treasure Coast Hospice seeks a Licensed Counselor in Stuart, FL to provide bereavement support to adults. The role implements and facilitates grief support programs for patients, families, and community members, with in-person and virtual delivery.

Hours vary to accommodate groups and sessions. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and licensure or eligibility, with at least one year of counseling experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed, or licensed eligible preferred.

The Counselor provides bereavement support services to adults. Primary function is to implement and facilitate grief support programs for patients, families and community adults. Services are provided in person at Treasure Coast Hospice (TCH) offices, patient homes and virtually. The hours for this position will vary to accommodate running groups and sessions.
