Job summary

Treasure Coast Hospice is seeking a Licensed Counselor to provide bereavement support to adults. The role involves implementing and facilitating grief support programs for patients, families, and community members.

Services are delivered in person at TCH offices, in patients' homes, and through virtual sessions, with hours varying to accommodate groups and sessions. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, and licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensed, or licensed eligible preferred.
• 1 year minimum experience in counseling.
