Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Counselor II to provide individual counseling, group facilitation, and crisis intervention as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This regular full-time role reports to the Program Director and operates in a fast-paced clinical setting. The position requires clinical experience in behavioral health, adherence to program policies, and active participation in supervision and staff meetings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of academic Addictions Studies Program required.
• Certification by CADTP, CCAPP or CAADE required.
• Minimum 3 years in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Provides crisis intervention on an as-needed basis.
• Attends weekly individual and group supervision.
• Attends in-service training and educational workshops.
• Cooperates and communicates with staff regarding patient progress and activities.
• Maintains professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned by Director and/or Administration.
