Amity Foundation in California is seeking a passionate Counselor I for in‑prison facilities to deliver face‑to‑face rehabilitative programming as part of the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP).
The role includes facilitating CBI classes, evaluating participant progress, and ensuring the health, safety, and confidentiality of participants. Compensation is $28 per hour for full-time on-site work, along with a commitment to community action.

The Counselor I is responsible for the delivery of face‑to‑face rehabilitative programming services provided in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP).
Counselor I: Must be registered with an organization approved by DHCS and obtain their AOD certification within five (5) years of registration date.
Temporary positions do not offer benefits.
$28 an hour
Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt, On‑site in a state prison.
