Youth and Family Advocates in Sebring, Florida, is seeking a dedicated counselor to provide individual, group, and family therapy. This role involves working closely with families to foster a supportive and safe environment, ensuring adherence to trauma-informed care principles.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess up to three years of clinical experience. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing counseling, advocating for clients, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsible for counseling individuals, groups, and/or community youth and their families using advanced techniques through individual, group, and family therapy. Work is performed under direct supervision of the Program Director and a licensed clinician.
