Renewal, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks an individual to assist in providing case management and counseling services within an AOD Inpatient setting. Responsibilities include helping clients implement service plans and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate Degree in relevant fields like chemical dependency or psychology. This role is essential for supporting clients in their recovery journey.
Individual will assist in providing case management, individual and group counseling and recovery support services to Renewal Treatment Inc., clients in an AOD Inpatient setting. Other responsibilities include assisting counselors with treatment goals and connecting clients to community resources. This position will assist the client with creating and implementing a service plan during their treatment as well as their aftercare plan. This person will enforce the compliance of program guidelines and assist the Clinical Supervisor, Lead Counselor and Counselors with the functioning of daily activities, developing policies and procedures and maintaining records. This person will work closely with counselors and community resources to strengthen client’s recovery efforts to help reduce recidivism and relapse.

Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field.
Or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field.
Or an Associate Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field.
