Pinnacle Treatment Centers seeks a Counselor to support patients' recovery on our dedicated team in Cincinnati, OH. You will conduct individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

  • Tier 1 Counselor (min requirements for consideration) – High School Diploma / GED and CDCA.
  • Tier 2 Counselor (min requirements for consideration) – Associate degree and LCDC II/III, LPC, LMFT, LSW.
  • Tier 3 Counselor (min requirements for consideration) – Master’s degree and LISW, LICDC, LPCC, IMFT.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the treatment center through team meetings and professional development.
  • Develop the patient discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to appropriate levels of care.
  • Maintain patient caseload including case management and charting as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence‑based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the treatment center through participation in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Develop the patient discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
  • Maintain patient caseload (including all case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting as required).
  • Other duties as assigned.
