AppleGate Recovery is seeking a supervisor for counseling staff to oversee treatment and case management services in a clinical outpatient setting. You will ensure timely documentation, supervise counselors, and support licensure and professional development while complying with all regulations and BayMark policies.
This role requires WV-licensed social work credentials and the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload, participate in team meetings, and travel as needed to support program
Supervise the Counselors and/or Counselor Interns who provide treatment and case management services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark’s policies and procedures. Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Identify other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Travel as necessary.

Eligible employees may have the opportunity to apply for the Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP). This program offers student loan repayment assistance for qualified professionals, based on approved work location. Approved work locations are approved through HRSA and have guidelines to meet such a county suicide rate. Please note that not all locations may qualify.
