Qualifications

• MA/MS in Counseling Psychology with at least five years of graduate teaching.
• Three years of post-independent licensure experience.
• Experience and effectiveness in graduate and/or undergraduate teaching.
• License eligibility or licensure as a psychologist or mental health counselor in MA.
• Experience in graduate-level clinical supervision and training.
• Commitment to inclusivity and social justice in teaching and service.

Responsibilities

• Teach evening graduate courses in the MS Counseling Program and undergraduate day classes.
• Advise graduate and undergraduate students and supervise practicum/internship seminars.
• Serve as Clinical Training Director, overseeing practicum/internship sites and supervision.
• Develop evaluation systems to monitor training quality and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with MSCA contract and maintain accreditation efforts.
• Collaborate with site supervisors on remediation plans and ongoing program improvement.
