Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and intercreditor agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.
• Manage commercial real estate acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate agreements of sale for commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients through all phases of complex real estate finance transactions.
