The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced investigator to lead sensitive internal investigations across the enterprise, from intake through resolution, with a focus on compliance and ethics. You will mentor non-attorney investigators, coordinate with e-discovery teams, and report findings to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor, with 5+ years in complex investigations within corporate settings, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory laws.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled investigator to conduct and/or oversee the most sensitive and complex investigations within the company. Our team of internal investigators is responsible for assessing and investigating reports and allegations of potential violations of Cigna’s Code of Ethics and Principles of Conduct; Cigna’s Compliance Policies and Procedures; and the various laws and regulations that apply to Cigna’s business, including Federal and State healthcare program requirements

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132,700 - 221,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
