Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm or in-house.
• Experience in the insurance industry or advising procurement.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including SaaS and NDAs.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual and regulatory considerations.
• Manage a high volume of commercial agreements from intake to execution.
