PNC is seeking an experienced Counsel in Trust and Estates within the Corporate Governance group, based in Washington, DC. You will identify and manage legal risk for the organization, conduct in-depth legal research, and provide procedural guidance to support significant matters with internal and external counsel.

Base Salary: $134,400.00 - $249,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 09/23/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
