Megaplex Cottonwood is hiring a Custodial Team Lead for early-morning, part-time shifts. You will lead a cleaning crew to keep auditoriums, restrooms, and the lobby spotless, delivering a larger-than-life guest experience.

You’ll develop the team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help create a magical atmosphere for guests and staff. The role supports a 365-day operation with flexible hours and perks.

• Ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Custodial Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our guests have a larger-than-life experience. You’ll make sure our cleanliness is top-notch! This means everything from the auditoriums, to the restrooms, to the lobby. Most of all, you’ll be working with a team to create an atmosphere that’s pure magic for both our guests and your fellow employees.

The Pay:

Team Leads start at $14/hour.

Cleaning Hours:

Our theatre hours typically run from 9 am to 11 pm, with custodial shifts typically starting between 5 am and 6 am for early mornings or between 10 pm and 12 am for overnights.
