Youth Opportunity Center, Inc. is seeking a Cottage Manager to supervise all aspects of an assigned cottage and lead a team of direct care staff. The role coordinates with clinical staff to deliver treatment, oversee daily schedules, and ensure policy adherence across the program.

The Cottage Manager will train staff, manage resident cases, and communicate with internal and external parties, reporting to the Residential Director.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cottage staff and provide individual and group coaching.
• Help implement treatment plans and supervise daily programming with clinical staff.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, placing agents, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cottage budgets and participate in campus activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and report grievances through proper channels.
