• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active State License is required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in geriatric and short term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under supervision to regain activities of daily living.
• Support the OT in implementing treatment plans and documenting progress.
