Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Active State TX license to start assignment (required).

• 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide care during travel contract assignments across facilities.
• Support patient progress and document outcomes per facility protocols.

• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state
• 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility
