Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in West Hartford, CT. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday. We offer extensive PTO, strong benefits, and education support to help you grow.

You will provide skilled therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain meticulous documentation while delivering compassionate patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; electronic documentation experience.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.
