Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time in-office role at a Skilled Nursing facility in Gilroy, California.

You will provide treatment under supervision, document per guidelines, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Current OTA license or eligibility and BLS are required; SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current and active state OT Assistant license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Flexibility in new clinical environments.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
