Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing in Cheswick seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, deliver hands-on therapy, document progress, and educate residents and families on techniques for long-term success. Kadima offers same-day pay, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification.
• Active PA license or eligibility.
• Experience in SNF or rehab is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Occupational Therapist to carry out personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement
• Track, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
• Educate residents and families on techniques that support long-term success
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment
