• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises per a treatment plan created with an OT.
• Assess patient and caregiver learning needs and abilities considering age, understanding, and emotional status.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in planning, implementing, and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with rehabilitation activities and exercises as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care under supervision.
• Support implementation of treatment plans developed with the occupational therapist.
