Ernest Health, Inc. in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Arizona team. You will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to deliver rehabilitative services to patients and help monitor progress toward goals.

Formación

• Current licensure as a COTA per state guidelines.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.
• One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments.
• Monitors the patient's program and records progress for the occupational therapist.
