Job summary
MercyOne Elkader Medical Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patient care under supervision. The COTA screens, assesses and provides occupational therapy treatment for patients across ages from infants to geriatrics, within a 25-bed critical access hospital setting.
You will collaborate with the OTR, participate in evaluations, and contribute to individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- NBCOT certification
- Associate degree from an accredited program
Responsibilities
- Screen, assess and provide OT treatment under supervision of an OTR.
- Assist the OTR in evaluations and contribute to patient care plans.
