Job summary

Midland Care Connection in Kansas is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support older adults in home and community settings through the PACE program. Qualifications

• COTA certification from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly individuals.
• Ability to work under the supervision of an licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• MVR meets organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized OT services focusing on activities of daily living.
• Carry out treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide training on safety, fall prevention, and adaptive equipment.
