Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and review their medical history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move.
• Develop individualized treatment plan.
• Coach patient and teach them therapeutic massage to ease patients' pain.
• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Assess patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and refer as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and plans.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services per regulatory requirements.
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system.
• Participate in trainings and conferences.
• Able to supervise rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Adhere to company policy and code of conduct.
