Job summary

Supplied Talent is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility in Colorado. You will support residents' independence on a collaborative rehab team and contribute to quality of life in a close-knit community.

You’ll provide OT treatments under supervision, document progress, and help with discharge planning. New grads welcome; NBCOT certification and Colorado license required or eligible. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be an OTA program graduate and NBCOT certified.
• Active Colorado OTA license or eligible for licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable on hire.
• New grads welcome; SNF/long-term care experience a plus.
• Strong documentation and a resident-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under supervision and plan of care.
• Help residents improve daily living skills and mobility.
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes in EMR.
• Communicate progress to supervising OT and care team.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques.
• Support discharge planning and care conference participation.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
