Job summary

Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment in Westborough, MA. The shift runs 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, at a 117-bed skilled nursing facility. Weekly gross pay is $1,415 with day-one health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with employer matching.

Licensing reimbursement and start date 11/2/2026 are included. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in OT, NBCOT exam, state license eligibility, and BLS/CPR

• Associates degree required in OT.
• Passed NBCOT exam.
• Eligible and willing to apply for state license.
• AHA Healthcare Providers BLS/CPR certification required.
