Job summary

Liberty Commons of Alamance County in Burlington, NC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a caring rehab team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to implement individualized treatment plans in an in-house therapy setting.

Must hold an accredited therapy program graduate, be licensed in NC, and prefer SNF rehab experience. The role offers a supportive management structure and opportunities to apply progressive modalities.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
