Job summary

Sweetwater Care in California is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to deliver personalized OT services in a skilled nursing facility. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT and support residents in regaining daily living skills.

Qualifications

Valid OTA license.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
