Responsibilities

• Provides, monitors and records services to patients/residents with impairments.
• Selects, implements, and modifies activities and interventions with demonstrated competency.
• Exchanges information with the occupational therapist and documents accordingly.
• Knows patient outcomes and contributes to treatment planning.
