Job summary

AccentCare in Brenham, TX invites an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team. This PRN role focuses on delivering patient-centered OT services in the community, with supporting clinicians and care plans tailored to each patient.

You'll travel in Brenham and surrounding areas, maintain CPR and state licensure, and collaborate with physicians and caregivers to maximize independence and safety at home.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited OT program.
• Valid OT license/permit to practice.
• Must be licensed driver able to travel.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services.
• Travel to Brenham and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and adjust plans.

Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
