Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge.
