Job summary

Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Qualifications

Current and active COTA license in Massachusetts.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Familiarity with Net Health or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed OT.
Implement individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs.
Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and safety techniques.
Monitor resident responses and communicate progress to the supervising OT.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
