Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists (PT/OT/SLP) to join its EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors in Riverside, CA. You will assess residents, design personalized care plans, and deliver therapy (physical, occupational, or speech) within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) in good standing.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults (physical, occupational, or speech).
• Assess residents, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions with a team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins and telehealth.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
