New grads are welcome; compensation includes a wage range of $26–$32 per hour, with a $2,500 bonus paid over 18 months and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited OTA program with an Associate’s degree.
• Current MN COTA License.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (state/federal/local).
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve ADLs.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
