Job summary

The Fourwinds Community in Jackson, OH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position on our Rehab Team. You will collaborate with an Occupational Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans for older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help geriatric patients achieve outcomes and act as a partner to the community.
