Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our California-based team. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

You will deliver occupational therapy, design treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and families to optimize recovery. We offer competitive hourly rates ($36.00–$40.00) with strong benefits, PTO, holidays, retirement plan

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across multiple settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
