Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Weaverville, NC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling options including a 3/10, 4-day, or 5-day week; part-time options are also available. New graduates are welcome to apply.

You will perform direct care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to resident care plans in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Associates degree - Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Support therapy sessions and assist in patient activities as directed.
• Assist with documentation and progress notes as needed.
