Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Montclair, NJ. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain compliant documentation.

Compensation is $32.00 to $40.00 per hour with full benefits including healthcare, retirement, and online CEU credits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification if required by the state.
• Current OTA license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
