Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state dependent).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
