Job summary

The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. Under the direction of a licensed OT, you will help residents improve daily living skills and independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans.

• Document treatments and resident responses accurately per policy.
• Support mobility, self-care, coordination, and strengthening activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize resident outcomes.
