Responsibilities

• Follow established treatment plans to reach maximum functional independence in ADLs/IADLs.
• Record and monitor clinical data; provide feedback to the OT regarding plan modifications.
• Under OT direction, adapt therapeutic techniques to patient needs.
• Participate in rounding and respond to patient needs to improve outcomes.
