Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Georgia to support SNF Brunswick patients. You will implement therapy plans, assist with daily living activities, and guide therapeutic exercises under OT supervision.

Qualifications

• OTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.

• Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.
• Guide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve independence.
• Observe and report patient progress to the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Support interdisciplinary care planning and treatment goals.
