PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation across our Columbia, SC location. This full-time role offers up to $100,000 annually, with compensation contingent on experience, schedule and area.

You will implement OT plans, assist with daily living activities, and advance patient independence in a collaborative care environment. We value strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to quality patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent.

Mansioni

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.
• Guide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve independence.
• Observe and report patient progress to the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Support interdisciplinary care planning and treatment goals.
